Norfolk Ice Cream Company is an independently-owned and operated ice cream parlor that will serve 24 flavors of hand-dipped premium ice cream, non-fat frozen yogurt, shakes, malts, sundaes, specialty ice cream products, custom-order ice cream cakes, Philadelphia-style soft pretzels, bulk candies, homemade limeade and other beverages.
